Accessing our services via the SCAPE Consultancy frameworks is quick and efficient, following three simple steps:

Complete a SCAPE Access Agreement

Pre-engagement meeting

Service Request Proposal issued

Delivery Agreement signed and commission launch

Step 1 – Complete a SCAPE Access Agreement

This is a simple form that we can request on your behalf and which carries no cost or commitment.

Step 2 – Explore your service options

Discuss your requirements directly with Perfect Circle, or with your existing trusted Perfect Circle Partner. Shape your service delivery team with a Lead Partner and Supply Chain Partners.

Step 3 – Service Request Proposal provided by Lead Partner

This sets out the brief, scope of services and fees.

Step 4 – Delivery Agreement signed and commission launch

Using the highly flexible NEC3 Term Service Contract and the NEC4 Professional
Services Contract (long or short form), the Delivery Agreement will set the commercial and technical parameters of our appointment, in line with the overarching Framework Agreement.
