David is the AECOM Framework Manager for the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environment framework, bringing more than 25 years’ experience of design and management across the industry. His extensive knowledge of the built environment complements the skills of the Perfect Circle team, providing a unique eye to client engagement and the business design process.
David’s significant expertise in operating and managing national multi-disciplinary frameworks for the public sector include clients such as; the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence and the Home Office. A key role that David played for these clients was the blending of the capability of the pan-discipline teams with a structured, collaborative client and stakeholder management approach to ensure that the projects were defined, transparent, robust and delivered.
