Duncan is a senior management board representative of Perfect Circle and is also Pick Everard’s Managing Partner. Duncan leads on strategy and performance of the business and supports major, strategic clients in realising the best value from their SCAPE framework projects.
As a Chartered Civil Engineer, Duncan has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, working on a broad range of schemes for public sector and private clients. He has a comprehensive working knowledge of PPP/PFI projects and in-depth experience of the delivery of schemes through single and multi-stage design and build procurement.
