Michaila joined Perfect Circle as Senior Communications Manager in July 2022. Previously she was a journalist writing for New Civil Engineer, Ground Engineering and Architect’s Journal, and more recently an account director in a London-based communications consultancy.
Michaila is responsible for raising the profile and visibility of Perfect Circle’s work through the development and implementation of impactful communications strategies. She is responsible for planning communications and writing and developing content across a range of formats for internal and external audiences, alongside deepening relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration.
She leads on building brand profile, events, driving engagement and supporting business growth. Significant areas of focus include spotlighting Perfect Circle’s collaborative approach and amplifying its collective expertise.
