Richard brings more than 27 years’ experience in the UK infrastructure and buildings professional services sector to his role as Chairman. He works with Jon and Duncan to ensure the successful delivery of the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environment and Infrastructure framework and has particular responsibility for mobilising Perfect Circle’s global capability and full range of specialist services to fully benefit SCAPE and our public sector clients.
Richard is Managing Director of AECOM’s Buildings + Places business in Europe, a group that provide the full range of consulting, design and management services across the full project lifecycle. Richard has clear strategic vision, is customer focused, a good communicator and has excellent people skills. He is a very effective leader with a strong and engaging style that galvanises successful teams.
