Victoria has been the managing director of Perfect Circle since 2019, having spent 25 years working in local government, project management, national procurement and public contracting. At Perfect Circle, Victoria applies her hands-on public sector experience and built environment knowledge to energise client-centric value propositions that focus on efficiency and quality.
Victoria’s role is to lead and expand the business, ensuring exceptional delivery of the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environment and Infrastructure frameworks. She encourages collaborative behaviours across multiple businesses, focussing on delivering better experiences and outcomes for clients.
Victoria is also a champion for inspiring young people into the industry, working as a volunteer and Trustee for the charity Construction Youth Trust.
