Victoria took up the MD role at Perfect Circle in January 2019 after five years at public sector owned procurement specialist SCAPE, where she was head of national frameworks and then Managing Director at Scape Procure.
Prior to her time at Scape, Victoria had worked ‘client side’ as Director for Places at Rutland County Council – which gave her a deep understanding of the drivers and constraints of the public sector.
Victoria’s role at Perfect Circle is to lead and expand the business, ensuring exceptional delivery of the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environment and Infrastructure framework. Her focus for the year ahead is to increase our work with supply chain.
