The importance of designing with building life cycle in mind and early construction engagement was a headline theme at Perfect Circle’s inaugural breakfast event, hosted at AECOM’s Birmingham office last month.
In front of an audience which included local clients and collaborators, a panel of speakers shared their expertise and experience on the topic of how the management and renewal of the West Midlands’ public sector assets can support the region’s future housing and workplace. Speakers included Christopher Bicknell, Edward Carter and Dene Parsons, all of Perfect Circle, and Matt Warren of Lendlease.
