Principal Regional Lead
With more than 35 years’ experience in the construction and property industry, David is the Regional Lead for the East Midlands. He is responsible for Perfect Circle’s business development strategy and, having worked in both the public and private sectors, he has established long-term relationships with many supply chain partners.
As Business Development Director for Gleeds in the East Midlands, David has comprehensive knowledge of delivering MEP design solutions in multi-disciplinary project teams. He ensures a productive and collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximise positive results.
He is an excellent communicator who champions key account and client management in an open and transparent manner across Scape Group's Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework.
