Principal Regional Lead
As Perfect Circle’s Principal Regional Lead for Northern Ireland, Gary is responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects across the region via the SCAPE Consultancy frameworks.
Gary is also an Associate Cost Manager at AECOM, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in private, public procurement and contract management. He is experienced in large capital projects from inception to hand over and close out including projects that are required to meet Pavishaus Premium and BREEAM Outstanding requirements. He has excellent all-round experience in working on projects where client expectation is extremely high and where the greatest level of flexibility is required to optimise results.
Gary has previously provided project management and client advisory advice and assurance to Northern Ireland Departments to ensure that capital and grant funded projects comply with policy, statutory and legal requirements including the Public Contracts Regulations and Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy.
