Principal Regional Lead

I am currently Director of Project Management at Gleeds based at their Birmingham office, but with a national remit for public and private sector projects throughout the UK. I have over 30 years’ experience coordinating and delivering complex construction projects, from multi million pound private finance initiatives through to smaller planned maintenance schemes.

As the West Midlands Regional lead I am responsible for the overall management of Perfect Circle public sector framework. Having worked as a lead on the BECS framework since 2017 I have an in-depth knowledge of its delivery, the routes to market and the forms of contracts to be utilized for the completion of multiple build contracts and the subsequent work that is generate from them. This role requires extensive knowledge of the project management and procurement processes, together with an ability to engage with the wider consultancy teams within our supply chain to ensure our clients obtain maximin value from their investment. Projects vary in size and complexity and cover, strategic advisory roles, hard and soft facilities management, planned maintenance, infrastructure and utilities together with a spectrum of building projects.
