Perfect Circle’s chair and senior management board representative, Jon Enever, has been named in Insider Media’s Property 50 – a list of the most influential property professionals in the Midlands.

The annual list includes people in the development, residential, professional advice and design sectors, along with agents and figures in the public sector.

Jon was named as a top adviser following his work with Gleeds, one of Perfect Circle’s shareholders and founding partners, where he is responsible for the global property and construction consultancy’s strategic business development strategy. The list stated: “The planning consultant business is working on projects in Nottingham worth over £100m, including the regeneration of the Boots Island site.”

Victoria Brambini, managing director at Perfect Circle, said: “A huge congratulations to Jon for being featured on Insider’s prestigious list – it’s a great accolade and very well deserved. Jon takes a proactive approach to our client relationships, ensuring that clients receive a bespoke, first class service to help them exceed their aspirations.”

Jon, who has more than 25 years’ experience in cost management, took on the role of Perfect Circle chair in October 2019. He will steer the consultancy’s collaboration and innovation as it matures Scape Group’s Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework.

He said: “It’s an honour to have been named as one of the most influential property professionals in the Midlands – sitting alongside some real industry heavyweights. The Midlands is experiencing so much growth right now, with lots of exciting developments and regeneration projects taking place across the region.”

Set up in 2016 by sector-leading firms Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM, Perfect Circle delivers the broadest range of consultancy services available to the public sector via BECS. It is also the most efficient route to market, allowing direct award for commissioning services with full public procurement compliance.
