Evans Roger LR

Here is the latest article in Perfect Circle's 'People Profile' series, and we are delighted to introduce Roger Evans, Public Sector and Frameworks Director, Stantec.

Career History

'I started my career in Local Government, spending six happy years learning my craft before moving into consultancy, where I have worked ever since. My roots are in transport planning and traffic engineering, helping clients make the most of existing infrastructure and adapting networks to support growth and changing communities.

Over time my focus has broadened beyond transport alone.

Today I lead Stantec's public sector frameworks business across Infrastructure, working with clients, partners and multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges involving infrastructure, planning, investment and delivery.

I spend much of my time building relationships, bringing together diverse expertise and helping organisations navigate the opportunities and realities of delivering public services and major programmes.

What has remained constant throughout my career is a passion for practical solutions, strong partnerships and making a positive difference for the communities our projects serve'.
